Semester 2 work habits

So far, semester 2 has been better than the last. I've found myself trying harder and being more motivated to be fit and healthy. I've recently been running on my treadmill at home on every day that I don't have fitness, rugby, or until recently, basketball.

I think I deserve a G for my work habit evaluation, because I am helpful and co-operative in class in many ways. I always respect the equipment and help set up and take down. I always come prepared to class with a gym strip, shoes, and a positive outlook (except for today because I thought we were doing intermission all class oops). I help my friends achieve their goals in class by helping keep them motivated and encouraging them. I usually push myself to work harder on both fitness and regular days because i love PE and i like to make my presence in the class beneficial by setting a good example. Sometimes i don't try as hard when were doing activiies i dislike, but recently ive been participating willingly anyway. Overall, I've improved my outlook upon fitness, my health, and work habits over the year.
