Active Learning 9 - Work Habits

My work habit so far this semester in active learning in my opinion is a G. I think this because i always try my best in activities and don't give up on myself. Even when it doesn't count to sweat in class i set personal fitness goals in physical activity everyday because i love being fit and getting daily exercise, at both school and home. My work habits in class are good because I encourage my peers and help with set up and take down of nets and weights and things, which helps the class too. I push myself to my limits in fitness and simple activities.

  1. Still looking for your January semester-end assessment post Katherine. You speak to goal setting. Can you be more specific with what they are and what you do extra-curricularly for fitness? I'm glad that the program is serving you.
